If 15mins - 30mins late, you will be charged for $20 (late fee).

If over 30mins late or if you didn't show up, you will be charge for full service price.

Cancellation and rescheduling shall be made 24 hours before the appointment schedule, maximum of 3 times and full service charge after that.
